摘要
金融是现代经济的核心,区域经济协调必然要求区域金融协调。解决中部经济凹陷的经济金融战略应当是实行“政府驱动—金融先导”政策,中部金融战略目标是“营造金融洼地,发展中部经济”,实现这一目标的战略模式是“市场引导—政府驱动—金融先导—区域倾斜”。
Finance acts as heart of modern economy while regional economic coordination must go with its financial coordination. The financial strategy in solving problems in middle China the goverment should take is the policy of ＂driven by government —— finance go ahead＂so as to realize financial goal in economic development in central china.
