构皮滩水电站烂泥沟砂石系统设计与实践 被引量:2

摘要 烂泥沟砂石系统是构皮滩水电站主体工程混凝土骨料加工的主要基地,共需加工混凝土骨料约600万m3,其料源为观景料场玉龙山灰岩,湿抗压强度大于50 MPa。该系统的骨料破碎筛分采用三段破碎四级筛分工艺,人工制砂采用棒磨机与立式冲击破联合制砂工艺。本文结合该系统工艺设计与施工,对系统设计中的关键技术进行了分析与总结。 Lan'nigou artificial aggregate system is a main base of producing aggregate for concrete used in main structures of Goupitai Hydropower Station : its total output is 6 000 000 m^3. The raw materials come from Yulongshan limestone in Guanjing quarry, wet compressive strength of the limestone is lager than 50 MPa. Crushing with 3 times and sieving in 4 grades, as well as sand producing by rod mill combined with vertical impact breaker have been adopted in the system. Combining with process design and construction, the article analyzed and summarized the key technology in design of system.
