摘要 针对一种磁力驱动的循环冲沙装置,提出了轴流式叶轮优化方案以提高叶轮水力性能。通过CFD数值模拟,对轴流式叶轮内流场进行了紊流数值分析,并研究了同一工况下不同叶片结构、叶片数、导流棒对内流场的影响。由内流场分布特点,选择了叶轮有关结构参数,改进了叶轮结构。试验表明,改进后的轴流式叶轮其水力性能得到提高,从而验证了CFD分析在优化设计轴流式叶轮中的可行性。 In consideration of magnetic driven sand washing apparatus, an optimal design plan for axial- flow impeller is put forward for improving the hydraulic performance of blades. Through CFD numer- ical simulation,the turbulent flow field inside the axial-flow impeller is analyzed. The effects of dif- ferent blade structures, blade numbers and flow guiding rods on the internal flow field under the same working condition are studied. According to the properties of internal flow field distribution,the re- lated parameters of the impeller are selected, the impeller structure is improved.The test indicates that the hydraulic performance of improved axial-flow impeller is raised by the feasibility of CFD anal- ysis on the optimal design of axial-flow impeller is proven.
