摘要
随着机械设备的大型化、自动化、高速化和复杂化,机械设备的故障诊断也变得十分复杂。如能实现设备的故障自诊断,可以大大缩短设备的检修停机时间,进而提高设备的整体工作效率。概述了故障自诊断的实现原理,并以ZDP002全自动轴承装配机为例介绍了其故障自诊断系统。
As machinery equipments become more and more large, automatic, high speed and complicated, the diagnosis of them have turned to be more difficult. If machine diagnoses its fault by itself, the stop time during which workers check and repair the machine will be reduced greatly, thus enhancing the whole efficiency of equipment to introduce the principle of self diagnosis of fault and take the automatic bearing assembly machine ZDP002 for an example to recommend its system of serf diagnosis d fault.
