摘要
文章比较了两种典型的硝酸甲胺制造工艺的安全及经济技术特征,认为从安全性及对设备的要求方面分析,间接法优于直接法;从生产效率及能耗方面比较,直接法优于间接法。如果对中和工序采取加大制冷量及对浓缩工序采取造负压等技术措施,则间接法的安全性及生产效率会进一步提高,但能耗也会有所增加。
Two kinds of manufacturing technology for MMAN and their economic characteristic are compared. The indirect method is prior to the direct method in its safety and equipment ,while the direct method is prior to the indirect method in production efficiency and energy consumption. The safety and efficiency of the indirect method can be improved if some technical measures are adopted such as increase cooler for counteract procedure, while energy consumption will be increased little bit.
