摘要
针对TB/T1883—1987《货车两轴转向架通用技术条件》已不能满足我国货车转向架发展的问题,从取消转8A型转向架专用技术要求、增加转向架新技术要求等方面提出了具体的修订建议。
In view of the problem that TB/T 1 883 -1987 General Technical Specifications of 2-Axle Bogies for Freight Cars cannot meet the development requirements of freight car bogies in our country, specific suggestions for revision are given in the aspects of canceling special technical requirements for Zhuan 8A bogies and adding new technical requirements for bogies, etc.
