摘要
介绍了关中电网切负荷稳定控制系统的总体方案,着重研究了控制系统主站的切负荷稳定控制规律,建立了能适应日方式变化、不同跨线故障的切负荷稳定控制神经网络,给出了能随系统网络拓扑变化的切负荷控制神经网络的应用方案。
The general scheme of load shedding stability control system for Guanzhong power grid is described and t he laws of load shedding of the control centre are studied. Consequently, the neural network of load shedding suitable for Guanzhong power system stability is established and it can completes realtime calculation of load shedding in different load flow and different faults between the two lines. Finally, an applied plan for different networks is given and a new method for combining neural networks with control plans is proposed.
