摘要
采用溶胶凝胶法和掺杂子Fe3+修饰技术,制备高活性光催化剂TiO2用以降解苯酚废水。试验考察了催化剂制备条件如R值、Fe3+含量、焙烧温度和焙烧时间等因素对催化剂活性的影响,结果表明TiO2焙烧温度为650℃,R=10,Fe3+质量分数为3.5%,焙烧时间为2 h时,催化剂的活性最高。将在此条件下制得的TiO2光催化降解甲醛废水,试验发现催化剂长期使用后有失活现象,经再生处理后催化活性得到较大程度的恢复。
The photocatalyst was prepared with sol-gel method and modified with Fe^3+. It was used to decompose formaldehyde. Some preparation conditions that have effects on titanium dioxiders activity have been studied. It indicated that the photocatalyst performed a relative higher activity and longer lifetime when R=50 and the doping Fe^3+ was at 3.5wt% and it was sintered at 650℃ for 2 hours. TiO2 was found deactivation after long-term use in oxidation of formaldehyde. The activated photocatalyst was treated in NaOH solution and its activity could almost completely recover.
