摘要
创建学习型医院是适应医院战略发展的一条可行之路,通过学习型医院的创建与评价,可以提升医院的核心竞争力,打造“百年医院”,树立医院优质品牌。同时也为政府对卫生工作尤其是医院进行改革和制定相关卫生政策提供依据。但在创建学习型医院中必须结合医院的实际情况,融入医院文化中才能起到理想的效果。
