振动滚压超精加工装置的研制

The Research and Manufacture of Device for Supper Finish Machining with Vibration Rolling

本文指出振动滚压超精加工是对难切削材料工件进行一次安装即可完成从粗加工到超精加工的新工艺、新技术。针对其工艺特点研制的振动滚压超精加工装置能实现振动频率、振幅及施加压力可调节的功能,并介绍了该装置的基本工作原理。

This paper describes a new technique——supper finish machining with vibration rolling, in which some workpieces can obtain supper precission and smooth finish in an iritial setting and after vibrating rolling. It is important to use a new device desighed and manufactured by ourselves in supper finish machining with vibration rolling. In this paper, a new principle of desighing and adjusting for frequency, amplitude and pressure of the device are presented.
