全自动听觉脑干反应进行新生儿听力筛查157例

摘要 目的探索全自动听觉脑干反应(AABR)进行新生儿听力筛查的可行性和效果。方法用全自动听觉脑干反应(AABR)对瞬态耳声反射(TEOAE)两次筛查均未通过的157例婴儿再次进行筛查。结果157例中82例双耳均显示通过,75例未通过的婴儿中左耳未通过的23例,右耳未通过的15例,双耳均未通过的37例。显示TEOAE两次筛查的假阳性率为52.23%。结论全自动听觉脑干反应(AABR)具有快速、方便、敏感性和特异性高等优点,是一种较为理想的新生儿听力筛查方法。 OBJECTIVE To explore the feasibility and effect of automatic auditory brainstem response (AABR) for newborn heating screening. METHODS 157 newborns who failed the secondary test of transient evoked otoacoustic emission (TEOAE) were tested by automatic auditory brainstem respones (AABR) test. RESULTS Of the 157 newborns,82 infants passed the test. Of the 75 infants who failed the test, infants referred in the left ear, 15 in the tight ear and 37 in both ears. The false positive rate of TEOAC was 52.23% after two tests. CONCLUSIONS AABR test is a reliable method for newborn heating screening,for it is quick ,simple ,sensitive and specific.
