摘要 蛋白质组学是在后基因组时代出现的一个新的研究领域,肿瘤蛋白质组学是其重要分支。本文从甲状腺肿瘤特异性分子标志物以及甲状腺癌治疗的分子靶点等几个方面,详细介绍了近几年来甲状腺肿瘤蛋白质组学的研究现状。 Proteomics is a new research area of the post-genomic era. Oncoproteomics is an important branch of it. Here we discuss the investigative outcome of thyroid oncoproteomics in recent years, such as specific tumor biomarkers and antineoplastic drug.
