隆乳术后填充物取出124例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 124 cases that material have been removed after augmentation mammoplasty

目的:探讨隆乳术后填充物取出的原因。方法:对我院1989年开展隆乳术以来收治的隆乳术后填充物取出124例进行回顾性总结分析。结果:硅凝胶假体及盐水袋隆乳术后取出的主要原因为包膜挛缩、渗漏及破裂;聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆乳术后取出原因主要为硬结及疼痛不适;脂肪注射隆乳术后取出原因为感染液化。结论:高质量的硅凝胶假体隆乳术是一种较为安全的术式,一旦发生问题,可以取出干净,并可更换新假体;聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆乳术后一旦发生问题不能彻底取出;脂肪注射隆乳术后效果不够稳定,易发生感染液化或吸收。

Objective To discuss the Methods Retrospective analysis of cause that material have been removed after 124 cases of that material have been augmentation removed after mammoplasty. augmentation mammoplasty since 1989. Results The main reason of silicon gel artificial body and brine bottle extraction after augmentation mammoplasty is envelope crispation. The main reason of polymer acrylic gel extraction after augmentation mammoplasty is sclerosis and discomfort of pain. The main reason of injected fat extraction after augmentation mammoplasty is infective liquefaction. Conclusion High quality silicon gel artificial body is quite a safe operation method,in case there is any problem, we can extract clean,and changeable artificial body. Injected Polymer acrylic gel could not wholly extract when problem happens. The effect of injected fat is not stabilization and easy to infect liquefaction or absorption.
