规范操作减少小切口法腋臭清除术后并发症

The reduction of complications in the osmidrosis treatment through miniature incision

目的:减少小切口法腋臭清除术的并发症,提高治疗效果。方法:术前戒烟酒,做好术前检查,手术采取腋部横行小切口,修剪刮除皮下汗腺组织,术中严格消毒,注意彻底止血和充分冲洗术区,术后打包固定,术后2￣3天打开外层敷料检视术区。术后避免剧烈运动,适当应用抗炎和止血药物。结果:小切口腋臭清除术后皮下血肿、伤口感染的发生率明显降低。结论:通过规范手术操作可以明显减少小切口腋臭清除术的并发症。

Objectives To prevent and reduce complication of osmidrosis operation through mini incision and improve the treat effect. Methods The patients were asked for no smoking,drinking and routine examination before operation. Mini incision along the central crease of axillary was made, and the sweat gland was sheared and cleared. The axillary area should be strictly sterilized. While the hair follicle and the sweat gland were removed, bleeding was stopped and the operation area was swashed completely. After operation axillary area was tied-over dressing and kept fixation well. Intensive exercise was avoided, antibiotic and hemostasia drug was applied propriety. Results The occur rate of hematoma and infection decreased in the operation and a good result was achieved. Conclusion Through regular operation the complications of the osmidrosis treatment decrease distinctly through mini incision.
