排齐辅弓配合双颌“2×4”技术矫治替牙期前牙反的临床研究

Clinical study of antenior crossbite in the mixed dentition by "2×4" technique with aligned auxiliary wire

目的:临床应用排齐辅弓合并双颌“2×4”技术配合III类牵引矫治替牙期前牙反牙合的临床疗效及对面型的影响。方法:选择12例替牙期前牙反牙合病例,采用“2×4”技术配合III类颌间牵引对术前及术后的X线头颅侧位定位片进行对比和总结。结果:12例替牙期前牙反牙合病例均取得满意的矫治效果,术前、后X线头影测量指标显示有显著性差异。结论:排齐辅弓合并双颌“2×4”技术配合Ⅲ类牵引为替牙期前牙反牙合的矫治提供了一种快捷实用的临床方法。

Objective To investigate the effect of treating antenior crossbite in the mixed dentition by ＂2×4＂ connected with aligned auxiliary wire. Methods The sample consisted of 12 patients （ages9.8±1.7 years ） with anterior crossbite in mixed dentition, we used ＂2×4＂ in maxilla and mandible companied with class Ⅲ elastic. Cephalometric radiographes were measured and analysised before and after treatment. Results 12 Patients have been treated successfully. There is significant difference between pre-treatment and post-treatment Cephalometric radiographes. Conclusion This method provides a fast and useful technique for antenior crossbite in the mixed dentition.
