摘要
结合常州市城市总体规划,在确定水环境容量的控制单元及相关参数的基础上,利用数学模型分别对各控制单元内的水环境容量进行了计算。计算结果表明,各功能区现状纳污量基本已超过了各自的水环境容量.需要进行削减。最后根据计算结果,结合当地实际情况,提出了污染控制建议方案。
At the premise of calculating related parameters and making out the controlling units with the master planning of Changzhou city, the water environmental capacity of every controlling units was calculated, by employing mathematic model with the investigable contamination data (2004). Based on the calculate results and local circumstances, the quantity of pollutants received each functional zone has exceeded their environmental capacity. The pollutant discharge needs to be reduced. Then, proposed projects of controlling contamination were put forward.
