摘要
在油田生产过程中,机采井维护性作业有相当的比例是由于井斜造成管杆偏磨,导致抽油杆断脱或油管漏失。为了有效减少这种损失,研究与应用了多功能立体防偏磨配套管柱工艺,有效地减少了偏磨引起的修井作业,延长了油井的免修期,从而提高油井的生产时率。
In the process of oilfield production,quite a proportion of maintenance operations on mechanical production wells are due to rod breakdown or tubing leaking resulted from borehole deviation and eccentrically worn string.In order to effectively reduce such losses,multifunctional stereo anti-eccentrically worn string has been developed and applied,workover operations due to eccentrically worn have been effectively reduced,the workover-free period is extended,and the production efficiency of oil wells is improved.
