摘要
对渐开线叶型三叶罗茨风机的进气流量脉动进行了分析.给出理论流量、实际流量的计算方法,计算的生产实例表明,三叶罗茨风机比两叶罗茨风机的进气流量脉动小;合理选择罗茨风机的设计参数,提高容积效率,减小内泄漏,可以减小进气流量脉动,增加实际流量平均值.
The analysis of inflow flow pulsation is completed for Roots blowers with involute leaf shape. Formulations of theoretical flow and actual flow are given. By virtue of an actual blower as example, following conclusions are obtained. Firstly amplitude of inflow flow pulsation of three leaves Roots blowers is less than that of two leaves Roots blowers. Secondly less inflow flow pulsation and larger average of actual flow can be realized by selecting design parameters properly, increasing volume efficiency and reducing internal leakages.
