摘要
基于人事管理工作职称评定中的实际问题,提出了运用层次分析法和模糊综合评判法建立综合决策模型的方法,并用示例具体说明方法的应用.
This paper is based on the decision support system for professional persons' title judgment. According to the problems of personnal manage, the paper builds the model of the decision for professional persons' title judgment by the principleof AHP and Fuzzy Judgement, and then a example is shown for application of the system.
