摘要
2-(甲基-2-吡啶氨基)乙醇为合成罗格列酮的关键中间体,为了进一步提高其收率及简化反应操作,适当地提高反应温度及改变反应的后处理步骤,可缩短反应时间至7~8h,简化操作步序,显著提高反应收率至95%左右.
2-(methyl-2-pyridinylamino)ethanol is the key intermediate to synthesis of rosiglitazone. To enhance the reaction yield, appropriately increasing reaction temperature and changing post-disposal can shorten reaction time to 7~8h, simplify the operations and significantly improve the yield to 95 %.
