摘要 Internet的服务模式正由传统的数据通信与信息浏览向电子交易与服务转变,仅靠网络QoS机制并不能完全解决端到端的QoS控制问题。Web服务器系统作为核心设施,必须同样具备建立和支持QoS的机制与策略,对不同的用户或HTTP请求提供区分服务和性能保证。文中综述了Web QoS的发展情况、研究现状以及保证方法(包括请求分类机制的划分方法、Web服务供应商的Web系统解决方案以及无线网络的保证方法),并分析了进一步的研究方向。 With the evolvement of the E- commerce, the Internet is undergoing substantial changes from a communication and browsing infrastructure to a medium for conducting business and selling services. The Internet QoS mechanism can't completely solve the end to end control problems. The Web server systems as core establishment must have the mochanisms and strategies to set up and sustain QoS, provide service differentiation and performance assurance to different users or HTTP request. The state art of the Web QoS technologies development, research actuality and assurance methods including partition method for request grader mechanism,Web system solving project by the Web service provider and wireless Web assurance methods are presented. Future research directions in this area are also discussed.
