Athletic industry in China has developed to certain degree, however, with the approaching of 2008 Olympic games, remains the inadequacy of the sports industry management as well as the high risk, both of which can not be ignored. Therefore, practical and effective measures need to be taken, such as strengtbening the cultivation of talents, the capability of exploitation, the supervision of capital, the protection of law, and the prediction of risks.
