杨树溃疡病菌4种变异菌株对毛白杨愈伤组织抗病性的诱导作用 被引量:3

摘要 用杨树溃疡病病菌(Dothiorella gregaria)的4种变异菌株(A0、AB1、AB2和AB3)侵染毛白杨愈伤组织。结果表明,经过亚硝酸盐诱变菌株A0为弱毒菌株,异核体菌株AB1、AB2和AB3侵染能力较强,AB3侵染能力最强;4种菌株均可以诱导杨树愈伤组织防卫反应,对愈伤组织中几丁质酶、PAL和HRGP的诱导速度和强度无显著的差异。 The Populas tomentosa callus were inoculated with four strain of Dothiorella gregaria A0, AB1, AB2 and AB3. Itg indicated that the strain A0 induced by nitrite has lower toxicity , hetergenous strain AB1 ,AB2 and AB3 have strong infection activity and AB3 strain has the strongest infectiosity. The level of chitinase, PAL and HRGP in Populas tomentosa callus were increased by infecting with four pathogens, but there were no obvious differences in increase in rapidity and strength of three enzymes in resistant variety.
