长柄扁桃种子萌发特性的研究 被引量:36

摘要 以不同产地的长柄扁桃种子为材料,对其神子形态、吸水规律、发芽特性及不同处理对发芽率的影响以及经济性状进行了测定研究。结果表明:长柄扁桃种子无明显的生理体眠;光照对发芽无明显影响;20—25℃是发芽的最佳温度;神木长柄扁桃种子发芽要求的温度高于内蒙古长柄扁桃;150mg·L^-1 1-350mg·L^-1赤霉素浸种对其发芽率无显著影响,但可以加快发芽速度;质地紧密的木质化种壳是阻碍长柄扁桃发芽的最主要的因素;用机械破碎种壳可以显著地提高发芽势和发芽率;浓硫酸浸种4h发芽率最高能达30%。 By taking the seeds of Amygdalus pedunculata Pall. from different provenance as experiment materials, the water absorption regulation, germination characters and germination rates under different treatments were studied. Results showed that the seeds didn t have physiological dormancy; the influence of the illumination was not prominent; 20 -25℃ was the optimal temperature for germination; GA3 didn't have remarkable influence on germination rate, but could accelerate the speed of germination; the wooden capsule was the main factor of hindering the seeds from germination; Germination tendency and germination rate could be greatly improved by breaking the capsule with the mechanical method; soaking the seeds for 4 hours with concentrated sulfuric acid could increase germination rate by as high as 40%.
