摘要
采用气相色谱法测定了90%敌百虫晶体在金银花中的残留动态,金银花样品用甲醇提取,毛细管柱分离,FPD检测器测定。研究结果表明:该方法对敌百虫的最小检测量为1×10-11g,在金银花叶子中的最低检测浓度为0.015 mg/kg;敌百虫在金银花叶子中的降解速率较快,半衰期约为1 d,喷药一个月后,在金银花中的最终残留量均未检出。
The residual dynamics of trichlorphon in Lonicera japonica Thunb. were determined by gas chromatography. Lonicera japonica Thunb. samples were extracted with methanal, separated by capillary column and determined with FPD detector. The results showed the limit of detection was 1 × 10^ -11 g and the minimum concentration of detection was 0. 015 mg/kg. The degradation half life of imidaclapaid was about 1 day. The terminal residues were not detected in the bud after a month.
