温室餐厅的园林景观营建主要是通过植物来营造一种生态、自然的园林氛围。本文通过对国内数家温室餐厅的调查和研究,分析了我国温室餐厅的发展现状和不足,对温室餐厅就餐环境的营建提出了客观的看法,并归纳出适合生态餐厅种植的温室植物的种类,并提出了植物造景和意境创造的方法。
