光果甘草叶挥发性化学成分的GC-MS分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的分析光果甘草叶的挥发性化学成分。方法用水蒸气蒸馏法提取光果甘草叶挥发性化学成分并采用毛细管气相色谱-质谱联用技术结合计算机检索对其进行分析分离和鉴定,用气相色谱面积归一化法测定各组分的相对百分含量。结果分离出88个峰,鉴定出80种化合物,其含量占挥发油总量的91.1%。结论通过对光果甘草叶挥发性化学成分的研究,为甘草资源的进一步开发利用提供了实验依据。 Objective To analyse the chemical composition of volatile oils from the leaves of Gtycyrrhiza glabra Lirm. Methods The volatile oils were isolated by steam distillation, analyzed by capillary C-C-MS and elucidated based on the standard mass spectral data, respectively. The components were quantitatively determined with area normalization method. Results 88 peakswere separated and 80 of them were identified, which accounted for 91.1% of the total contents. Conclusion By the study, the results provided the foundation for the further utilization of Glycyrrhiza glabra Linn.
