摘要 目的了解全自动细菌鉴定系统检测巴尔通体的可行性。方法采用B ioM erieux V itek 32微生物分析系统的VITEK GNI+测试卡检测菌株的生化反应。结果检测到巴尔通体菌株具有分解双糖,不分解单糖、三糖和醇类,葡萄糖氧化阳性,硫化氢试验阴性、尿素分解试验阳性,氧化酶试验阴性,能产生多粘菌素等生化特性。结论全自动微生物鉴定系统能快速检测出巴尔通体一些特殊的生化反应特性。 Objective To know the feasibility of detection of Bartonella sp. by automatic bacterial identification system. Methods VITEK GNI + card of BioMerieux Vitek 32 microbial analyzing system was taken to detect biochemical reaction of the detected strain. Results The Bartonella sp. strains could decompose disaccharide without disassociation of glycose, trisaccharide and spirits, and produce baciUosporin with positive of glucose oxidation and ureolysis test, negative of hydrogen sulfide production test and oxidase test. Conclusions Automatic bacteria identification system could detect some special biochemical characteristics of Bartonella.
