产业结构变动与劳动力就业关系研究——以云南为例

An Analysis on Interactive Relationship Between Industrial Structure and Employment Structure—a case study of Yunnan

在阐述产业结构与就业结构相互作用机理的基础上,通过对改革开放以来云南省产业结构和就业结构变动趋势的考察及二者相关性的实证分析,发现影响云南省扩大就业的一个重要方面是产业结构与就业结构发展的不均衡。因而实现就业结构的调整与产业结构的演进相协调,对于有效缓解就业压力,有着积极的意义。

The adjustment of industrial structure and the change of employment structure have the strong correlation during the economic development. Taking Yunnan＇s industry and employment structure as an example, the paper analyzes the fluctuating trend and the relationship between the employment and industry structure. It is concluded that the imbalance between the industrial structure and employment structure causes the descent of employment in Yunnan. So, coordinating the adjustment of industry with employment structure is important to promote employment.
