摘要 研究考察了酸渣与原料油混合反应制取道路沥青的影响因素。实验结果表明,反应设备形式、酸渣的加入量、反应温度和反应时间对酸渣沥青的性质有较明显的影响。在适宜工艺条件下,实验室制得的道路沥青各项质量指标符合SH0522—2000标准要求。采用酸渣制取沥青工艺简单,操作灵活。 Investigation of using acid residue form sulfonate production and certain petroleum fractions to prepare road asphalt was carried out in bench scale. The effects of preparation conditions, such as type of reactor, the ratio of acid residue to petroleum fractions, reaction temperature and reaction time, on the properties of the obtained road asphalt samples were compared. Test results showed that under the appropriate preparation conditions the properties of the obtained asphalt met the requirements of SH 0522-2000 standard. In addition, the process of using acid residue to prepare road asphalt was simple and flexible.
