Eph受体及其配体Ephrin与肿瘤的关系
摘要
肿瘤的发生、发展和转移离不开肿瘤血管的生成。EPh受体及其配体Ephrin参与消化道肿瘤、肺癌、乳腺癌、卵巢癌、黑色素瘤、造血系统肿瘤和骨肉瘤的发生以及肿瘤血管生成、肿瘤复发和转移等过程。Eph受体及其配体Ephrin有望成为新的分子标志和肿瘤治疗的新靶点。
