奥沙利铂在晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗中的应用
摘要
奥沙利铂是第3代铂类抗肿瘤药。前期临床研究结果显示,其治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)有效,耐受性良好,且使用方便,有应用前景,但诸多方面仍须进一步研究。
