洗气含氯废水除氰方法研究(Ⅲ)──快速离子交换除氰与洗脱回收 被引量:2

摘要 本文研究用大孔阴离子交换树脂D296代替711型树脂离于交换法处理洗气含氰废水.其交换除氰速度提高了一倍多,交换除氰后,水中残留氰浓度小于5×10-5%同时,研究用乙醛-CI-混合溶液淋洗再生树脂,解决了以往氯盐溶液淋洗再生不完全的问题,并将氰回收成α-羟基丙腈. A method of anion - exchange for removing cyanide from waste water is studied ,in which exchange resin D296 (a new kind of ion - exchange resin ) is used instead of resin 711. the ion - exchange rate of removing cyanide by using resin D296 is more than twice of that by using resin 711, the residue concentration of cyanide in the treated water is less than 5 × 10-5%. Meanwhile, by using a mixed solution of CH3CHO - CI-as the eluent of the exchanged resin, it is complete to regenerate resin,and cyanide is recovered as lactonitrile.
