介绍了一个面向应用、适合于高等学校和行政事业单位使用的财务管理系统的设计思想、实现方法及系统的特色．
The design thoughts and ways to achieve a kind of financial affsirs management system, which fits for being applied in institutions and administration are discussed,and some characteristics of this system are also given.
