摘要
在超声波辐射条件下,研究了从绿茶中提取茶多酚的工艺条件.该方法与常规溶剂浸提法相比较,具有提取温度低、收率高、氧化损耗小等优点.
The technological conditions of extraction of tea-polyphenols from green tea by using ultrasonic wave have been investigated.The results showed that this process have the value of hash yield lower extraction temperature and less oxygenated cost.
