Analysis on Environmental Results of Coke Dry Quenching in Jinan Iron and Steel Group Corp

简要介绍济钢干熄焦工艺及环境污染防治的对策,对比干熄焦与原湿熄焦工艺过程中环境污染物的成分及排放数量,定量分析了济钢干熄焦工艺的环境效益,验证了干熄焦工艺是一值得推广的节能新技术。

In this paper the coke dry quenching is briefly introduced, as well as the countermeasures for the control of environmental protection pollution. Coke dry quenching anti original coke wet quenching are compared on the components and discharge amount of environmental pollutants, quantitative analyses are condocted on the enviromental results of coke dry quenching in Jinan Irnn and Steel Group Corp. and it is proved that coke dry quenching is one kind of new energy saving technology that should be popularized.
