摘要 采用CATIA软件开发GP6500型管片安装机的虚拟样机,提出管片安装机工步时间规划的方法。GP6500型管片安装机为单举重臂,可适应开挖隧洞直径为6000~7000mm的管片安装,能抓取重28kN的管片,安装每环管片耗时24min。运用CATIA、Sim Designer、ANSYS、ADAMS软件,进行管片安装机的协同多体动力学仿真,得出了传动系统运动副的作用力。运用CATIA/Analysis & Simulation,对管片安装机主要零部件进行强度校核,得出了主要零部件的应力。结果表明,GP6500型管片安装机结构布置合理,具有良好的动态特性。 The virtual prototype model of GP6500 segment erector was built by using CATIA software. A method used to determine time planning of the operation for the segment erector was presented. By using a single weight lifting arm, the segment erector is applicable for erecting segments for boring tunnels with diameter from 6000mm to 7000mm. Moreover, this segment erector can grabs a segment with maximum 40kN weight, and erect a circle of segments in 24 minutes. By applying CATIA, SimDesigner, ANSYS and ADAMS, collaborative multi--body dynamic simulation of the segment erector was practiced, and acting forces of the transmission system were obtained. By utilizing CATIA/Analysis & Simulation in, FEM analysis of key components of the segment erector were carried out, and the stresses of key components were obtained. The results indicate that the structure of the segment erector is reasonable, and the segment erector possesses good dynamic performance.
