摘要
研究了基于网络环境下CAD/CAM系统的集成方式。采用基于Agent分布式网络化制造模式完成了汽车纵梁板加工的设计、NC编程、数控切割、数控冲孔的CAD/CAM系统集成,并成功地实现了从产品设计到网络加工的先进制造技术,以及在这种模式下对加工数据管理和生产任务安排的先进管理技术。
The author designed an integrated system which is an agent--based and networked manufacturing model. The system fully integrated the design, NC programming, NC cutting and NC punching of automotive carling plates. The present study successfully achieves the advanced manufacture which is featured by networked product design, networked non--paper production, manufacturing data management, production plan and management of NC machine operators.
