迎对民办高等教育发展的新时期

Facing to the New Period of the Private High Education Development

笔者认为,在发展高等教育和高等职业教育中,民办大学的视野既要关注计划内,也要关注计划外;既要促进宏观环境的改善,也要加强学校内部管理的改革深度;既要重视封闭校园的建设,也要充分吸纳社会上一切有利发展教育的资源。这样,民办教育才定能获得科学发展、主动发展、持续发展。

The author hold that, in the develcpraert of the high education and high profession education, the private university should pay attention both to the mandatory plan made by state and to the plan not made by state, should both improve macro environment and reform the management within, and should both attach importance to building campus closed in universities and fully take advantage of the favorable resource from society. Only by this way, can we get the scientific development, initiative development, and sustainable development.
