The Japan 7 - 11 Convenience Store is the biggest one in Japan, and also is the biggest retail chain convenience store in the world. It is with characteristic of the convenience and the quickly, also with specific in the management respect, such as huge chain stores, standard management of commodities, effectively information and commodity systems, and closely following times. Convenience chain stores in China may draw on all these experiences.
