摘要
人力资源是社会中最核心最宝贵的资源,我国的人事管理经历了从传统到现代,从不完善到逐步完善的过程,如何有效地开发和管理人力资源是我国各行各业目前迫切需要解决的问题。本文从美日两国目标管理的差异着手,探讨我国人力资源管理的新思路。
Human Resource is the most important resource in society. Human resources management has experienced the processes from tradition to modem and from unperfected to gradually perfected, and how effectively to exploit and manage human resource is a problem urgently to be tackled in all industries. The paper, focusing on the differences between the management by objectives of America and Japan, will probe new ideas of human resource management in China.
