腹腔镜治疗高龄腹股沟疝患者的护理

目的探讨腹腔镜在高龄腹股沟疝治疗中的效果和护理经验。方法对31例老年腹股沟疝患者采用腹腔镜手术治疗，并对其做好心理护理，排尿困难与便秘的护理和并发症的观察。结果患者下床活动时间16．35±1．38h，住院天数5．60±1．03d，术后仅有轻微疼痛，无1例应用镇痛剂。术后出现肺部感染1例，尿潴留1例。术后随访3—17个月，无1例复发。结论腹腔镜疝修补术是治疗老年人腹股沟疝的一种理想术式。做好手术前后的护理对降低和预防手术后的并发症及术后复发率具有重要的意义。

Objective To investigate the effect and the nursing experience of celiac scope operation for senile male patients with groin hernia. Methods Thirty one senile male patients with groin hernia treated by celioscope mending were included in this study. Psychological nursing, dysuria and constipation nursing, and complication observation were provided for the patients. Results Exercise time out of bed was 16. 35±1. 38 h, time in hospital was 5. 60± 1.03d and patients felt tiny pain after laparoscopic operation. No patients used anodyne drugs, and lung infection occurred in one case after operation. No hernia recurred 3 - 17 months after operation. Conclusions Celioscope mending is the ideal techniques for the senile male patients with groin hemia. Careful nursing before and after the operation is of great importance for reducing recurrence rate and preventing operation complications.
