60例阿尔茨海默病患者的护理

目的总结阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者临床护理特点。方法对60例AD患者进行药物治疗,并根据患者痴呆程度进行护理,积极预防处理患者躯体并发症及精神异常,锻炼患者生活自理能力。结果患者痴呆程度、精神异常及生活自理能力得到改善,躯体并发症恢复。结论轻度AD患者应做好心理护理,给予适当的情感和精神支持;中度AD患者要加强安全护理及生活护理和能力训练;重度AD患者应加强基础护理,预防各种并发症的发生及加强精神症状的护理。

Objective To observe clinical characteristics and nursing points for earing patients with Alzheimer＇s disease （AD）. Methods 60 AD patients received treatment and appropriate nursing interventions were applied according to their state of dementia. Result The degree of dementia, state of mental disorders and ability of self-care in AD patients were all improved and the complications were recovered. Conclusion in the early phase of AD, nurses should do psychological nursing and give patients emotional and mental support; in the middle phase, nurses should pay attention to safe nursing, life nursing and ability training for patients; in the last phase, nurses should enhance the basic nursing, prevent the occurrence of complications and reinforce nursing for patients＇ mental symptoms.
