摘要
目的探讨车祸伤员的心理状态和心理护理方法。方法回顾性分析76例车祸伤员的心理特征及其采取的心理调适的方法。结果47.3%的伤员存在着痛苦、愤怒的心理;53.7%的伤员存在着抑郁、焦虑和恐惧心理;55.6%的伤员存在着悲观和失望心理。结论车祸可引起伤员强烈的心理应激反应,采取针对性和有效的心理护理,对减轻伤员的心理应激反应具有重要的意义。
Objective To explore the mental status in road accident victims and their mental nursing. Methods Psychological features and psychological adjustment in 76 road accident victims were analyzed retrospectively. Results 47. 3% of victims felt distressed and raging; 53.7% of victims felt depressed, anxious and fearful; 55.6% of victims felt pessimistic and were in despair. Conclusion Road accident may cause strong psychological stress in victims. Effective mental nursing is vital in alleviating psychological stress in victims.
