摘要
临床上．先天性心脏病病人施行非心脏手术治疗并不少见其中一些病人病情十分严重．对麻醉医生是很大的挑战。了解不同先天性心脏病的病理生理特点及术中麻醉处理要点将会优化围术期此类病人的管理。
Patients with Congenital Heart Disease （CHD） undergoing non-cardiosurgery have various physiological and functional abnormalities and their anesthesia management is a great challenge to the anaesthetist. Knowledge and familiarity with the pathophysiology characterisUcs of congenital heart disease patients, are helpful for optimizing aesthesia management of these patients.
