摘要
和谐劳动是劳动各要素在劳动过程中的协调有序,是劳动力所有者与生产资料所有者之间、从事总体劳动各种职能的劳动者之间以及一个企业劳动者与其他企业劳动者之间的协调有序。劳资两利、按劳取酬、等价交换是构建和谐劳动的三大原则。
Harmonious labor means harmony and orderliness of all essential factors of labor in the process of labor, i. e. , between owners of labor force and owners of means of production, among laborers who perform the functions of collective labor, and between the laborers in a business and others. Mutual benefits of labor and capital, rewards according to the labor and equivalent exchanges are the three principles in the construction of harmonious labor.
