依法行政和依法治国密不可分。行政权的地位与行政权和人民群众的关系,决定依法治国必须要依法行政。在社会主义市场经济体制下,我国行政存在干部思想观念和市场经济要求的问题与政府管理机构和管理手段的问题。要做到依法行政,就必须要摒弃人治思想,树立法治思想;加强法制学习,提高行政水平;加强法制监督,完善监督体系;严肃处理违法行为,树立政府美好形象。
