摘要
采用刚粘塑性有限元法对金属塑性成形过程进行数值模拟,并就成形过程中的应力、应变场的变化及其与模具结构设计的关系作了深入分析.进而提出了预测内部成形缺陷的研究方法,该方法成功地应用于双向挤压成形过程的内部缺陷预测分析.
Based on the numerical simulation of the metal forming process by rigid plastic FEM , the stress, strain and the relationship between stress, strain and the construction of die and mold have been analyzed in detail in this paper. The interior defect prediction method is also proposed in this paper. It is used successfully in the opposite extrusion process.
