The Design and Implementation of the Parser in a GermanChinese Title Machine Translation System

以语言学新理论ＧＰＳＧ（广义短语结构文法）与由笔者开发的Ｔｏｍｉｔａ句法分析扩展算法为基础，设计和实现了德汉题录（短语）机译系统句法分析器的方法．该分析器能有效地描述德语短语句法结构和高效地进行句法分析．

This paper describes a parsing method for German title (phrase). In this method,we use a new lingustical theory, the generalized phrase structure grammar (GPSG), and a parsing algorithm called extended Tomita algorithm (ETA) which is developed by authors. Based on the above method a parsing system for German-Chinese title machine translation system (GCTMTS) is implemented, which has the features, that is, the German phrase syntax structure is described effectively and the syntax analysis is more efficient. Practices proved that the method presented by authors here is successful in the syntax analysis of the German phrase structure.
