The teaching of piano extempore accompaniment is the work in which theory and practice are closely jointed. It does not only test a teacher＇s theoretical level of the piano teaching and musical performance ability, in the meantime, it also tests how a teacher develops and stirs up student＇s piano comprehensive application ability. The cultivating process of the ability of extempore accompaniment is also the process of exerting, opening up and developing students＇ ability of creation.
